Welcome to Kaizen Karate
Kaizen Karate has offered martial arts instruction since 2003. Founded by Coach V, we specialize in karate instruction for children of all ages in the Washington DC, Maryland, and Northern Virginia areas. We also offer karate programs for adults with a focus on fitness and self-defense.
During the Winter 2024-2025 season, we have in-person offerings throughout the DC Metropolitan area including Silver Spring, MD, NW Washington DC, Capitol Hill DC, and Arlington, VA. Our goal is to provide safe, fun, and exciting classes for all of our students in the spirit of continuous improvement.
Summer Camp 2025 will offer karate instruction, field trips, pool time, belt exams, and much more! FREE before & after care is available for all weeks when you register before March 31st, 2025. Ages 5 - 12 years old. Space is limited.

Kaizen Kenpo
Learn more about our invite-only program in the art of Chinese Kenpo. We serve the DC Metro area including Maryland, DC, and Northern Virginia. Kaizen Kenpo is a division of Kaizen Karate LLC.
